Love Local Event 2024

 

We are excited to share that on May 4th, 2024, Life Recaptured partnered with The Heart of cabi foundation to help victims of abuse, human trafficking, and those in need to restore dignity through restoring wardrobes. As a result of this event, the lives of 25 women in attendance and 3 who could not come (due to privacy) were touched. Over 400 pieces of clothing were shared and over $40,000 was raised!

Special THANKS to all of the volunteers, donors, and supporters that made this event possible. To the team of stylists: Pamela Bolling, Lisa Bourne, Sugar Jaffe, and Margaret Swanson, thank you for giving of your time and talents to style these women who have been through challenging times and making them feel so empowered and loved through this event.

 

To Janey Hicks, Tammy Vincent, all of the volunteers: Taylor Borger, Lisa Dorris, Robin Bissland, Brienne Robertson, Lisa M. Crouse, Stacy Hopper, all of the food service volunteers, and to those who also contributed that were not listed…thank you all so very much for everything you did to make this event so special.
